Who We Are
Daren Roett MSc CMIOSH
With over 27 years experience working across a diverse range of global business environments I'm often asked what motivates me to work in the industry. Putting it quite simply 'it's about connecting with others and helping them thrive'.
I passionately believe you cannot have great safety and health outcomes without people being at their best, engaged within their organisation and recognised for their contribution.
A significant part of my experience has been to create a deep understanding of the impact that leadership has on organisational culture and the intrinsic link between safety and health performance.
As part of a Masters program I have studied enterprise risk and safety leadership where the interrelationship defines organisational norms.
As a Chartered Safety & Health Professional I recognise the importance of maintaining professional standards. Also supporting other professionals as a mentor with focus on soft and leadership skills.
